How being digital influences pricing?

Monday, Oct 3rd 2016, 10:00 AM EDT

Today, being digital is more than making a product and service available to buy online. Customers use multiple channels and tools, do instant evaluations to make up their mind to buy and continue their relationship with a company. For many businesses, this may mean understanding the complexity surrounding their digital presence and consequent pricing impact on their customers. So what situations and sensitivities should they consider for pricing? The more the business understands these experience standards and their impact on customer, the more it is able to manage their pricing.

In this webinar, Venugopal Chepur will discuss his extensive research of Digital Standards, for over 4 years, and some of the insights on digital experience standards that can impact perceived value.
