Shortly thereafter, Mr. Chepur was hired to head ODA/FAO United Nations Market Development & Research where he oversaw consumer research in emerging markets. Mr. Chepur also held critical Private Equity positions with leadership responsibilities including creation of international markets and restructuring for portfolio companies that included food & agricultural startups and a financial services firm.
Mr. Chepur’s executive and consulting experiences have been widely recognized as he provided strategic guidance and consulting services to Fortune 500 clients including State Farm, IBM, PwC, KPMG and Unisys where he led business critical Information Technology initiatives that ranged from creation of new growth platforms, new revenue models and digital enterprise products & services portfolios. With proven strategies and realized revenue growth in Consumer Products, Insurance & Financial Services segments, Mr. Chepur has been recognized with excellence awards, and is also sought for guest speaking engagements at business schools and corporate boards/groups. He has also authored various whitepapers and blogs on business strategy and operational efficiencies.
Mr. Chepur is the Founder of Samprad, a business development and growth strategy consulting firm where he is actively engaged, and also serves as Board Member and Chairman of Memberships of International Executives Resources Group. A foremost believer in continued learning, Mr. Chepur has completed several leadership courses from Cornell University and IBM Institute for Business Value. He had diverse education with an MBA in Marketing & Finance, an MS in Biology & Economics and a BS in Biology & Chemistry.
