Reuben Pandian


Reuben is a highly accomplished professional with over 21 years’ experience in Retail, FMCG, Ecommerce and Omni-channel retail, and brings deep industry understanding as well as an extensive background in marketing, operations, merchandising and supply chain. He is currently working as Head of Planning and Merchandising at Tata Unistore Limited. Earlier he has held senior leadership positions at Arvind Brands, Reliance Retail, TCNS-W, Gillette, PepsiCo, Dabur and Wipro.

Reuben is a fitness and sports enthusiast and a certified youth coach. He regularly participates in marathons. He is also the founder and coach at Sports Shoots, a voluntary initiative to spread sports into the lives of all Indians, especially children.

Reuben graduated with honors from St. Stephen’s College at New Delhi, and got his MBA from Somaiyas' Institute of Management Studies at Mumbai.
